The battle on the football ground doesn’t have to be a battle in the kitchen as  Chef Hermann from Cremica has curated few quick fix recipes so that you can enjoy your match in peace without wasting time in the kitchen.

Tandoori Chilli Cheese Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsps vegetable oil

• 1 onion (small, finely chopped)

• 1 clove garlic, fine chop

• 2 tsps chili powder

• 400 grams red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)

• salt (optional)

• 4 piece of Hot dog buns

• 4 piece of Chicken Sausages

• Cremica Tandoori Sandwich mayo

 Method

• Warm oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and chili powder and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in Cremica’s Tandoori Sandwich Mayo and beans and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes. Season with  salt, if desired.

• Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add hot dogs and boil 5 minutes. Drain well, place on buns and add bean sauce.

• Sprinkle some chopped onions and cheese and serve immediately

Ingredients:

• 8 tbsp Cremica Strawberry Crush

• 2 Cups of yogurt

• 8-10 Ice Cubes

• Chopped Strawberry

• 200 ml water

Method:

• Blend all ingredients and pour into the serving glass

• Garnish with chopped mango

Caramel Popcorn

Caramel Popcorn

• 500 gms of Raw corn kernels

• Cremica Caramel Syrup

• 60ml vegetable oil

• 80ml/ 1/3 cup popping corn

• 250g packet Jersey Caramels

• 12 large paper-lined foil cakes

• Put the cases into a 12-hole muffin tray.

Method

• Put a large pan on the stove and add the oil in the pan and turn the heat to high. After one minute

turn the heat to medium. Add the corn to the pan and immediately put on the lid. Then, shake the pan a few times and leave the lid on until you can hear only a few popping noises. Remove the pan from the heat and tip the popcorn into a large bowl (a few pieces of popcorn may not have “popped” – throw these pieces away).

• Now put into the same large saucepan with Cremica caramel syrup. Put the pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Stir until the Cremica caramel syrup and the butter has melted together.

Remove the pan from the stove .

• Add the popcorn to the pan and stir gently to mix everything together. Spoon the  popcorn mixture into the foil cases and leave them for 10 minutes or until they are cold
