Kareena Kapoor Khan’s post-baby weight loss regime revealed

Post-gaining a lot of pregnancy weight like most of us, Kareena is taking her post baby weight loss seriously. Reports say the actress wants to be back to her ideal weight before the shoot of her next film starts. While most of us fuss for the lack sleep, Kareena is religiously hitting the gym and eating healthy.

Kareena Kapoor has truly broken all the Bollywood stereotypes. She never hid from the public eye during her pregnancy and was endorsing multiple brands. The 36-year-old actress will be back on the big screen with Veere Di Wedding. Veere Di Wedding was actually stalled because Kareena conceived and the producers waited for her to deliver the baby.

Kareena Kapoor was spotted recently in Mumbai after her yoga session. Dressed in favourite post-bbay colour black, in a sleeveless top and leggings she posed for the shutterbugs. Kareena welcomed her son Taimur on December 20, 2016.

So we decided to jot down how Kareena is losing her baby kilos so quickly:

Lots of healthy food

Kareena recently launched her celebrity dietitian friend Rujuta’s book and talked about how nutritious and back to the Indian roots her pregnancy diet was. She indulged in ghee, milk, proper Indian meals and healthy fruits. She did not stop the weight gain or restrict her diet then to give all the proper nutrition to her baby.

Now her dietitian is making her eat all those foods we look down upon. A woman needs time to heal her body and in old times she was given rich food to help her body heal from the stress if having her baby. From panjiri to laddoos she had all those to help heal her body.

Yoga

Kareena started Yoga when Tashan happened and her size-Zero figure became talk of the town. She is still strict about her yoga regime and is religiously following it to lose those unwanted kilos.

Sleep

Kareena makes sure she sleeps early, i don’t know how that is possible post-baby! But well she does and sleeping is healing and aids weight loss too.

As much as I want to say that she breastfeeds to lose weight, Kareena has not yet claimed about it. But breastfeeding is a great way to lose those kilos quickly.
