In a shocking incident, a 30 year old lady who wanted another son rather than a daughter allegedly buried her three-month-old daughter in Karnal district on Saturday. She buried the infant by digging a pit in her room.
The girl was recused by her uncle and aunty in Syed Chhapra village. Ajmeri Khatun mother of three girls and a boy has been arrested and is under judicial custody.
It’s disgusting to know that even a mother can take such an extreme step. Daughters are a treasure and killing a girl child for a son is the most shameful thing a woman can do.
