Eat right: Right foods choices constitute a chunk of your weight. There is a difference in eating healthy and nutritious for the baby over eating rich ghee laden food that harms. Consult a dietitian as soon as you have the baby, so that you can loose weight while providing optimum nutrition to your baby.
Try Crossfit: Shilpa Shetty got back to hey sexy self post-Viaan by joining Crossfit exercises. Crossfit are high intensity workouts that you have to do for only 15 minutes.
Don’t stress: When the ex-Miss World Aishwarya did not stress about gaining a few kilos, how can we? Well it is said that stress also makes you gain weight and makes weight loss difficult.
Take your maternity leave seriously: Use your maternity leave by feeding your baby as much as possible and catching up on sleep. Feeding helps loose pregnancy weight and sleep also helps in weight loss.
Don’t underestimate yoga: Join yoga during pregnancy to have a normal delivery and after a month take an all clear from your doctor and start yoga. Aishwarya and Shilpa both did yoga. Lara Dutta even has a special pre-natal yoga CD you can buy and workout with.
