  • Take light meals

Do not travel empty stomach, have a light meal an hour before you start traveling. An empty stomach might create acidity, nausea and vomiting. Also avoid consuming alcohol, heavy and spicy foods before traveling as they can worsen your motion sickness.

  • Treat it with ginger

Ginger Is the best root to treat the effects of motion sickness. Don’t forget to keep it with you while traveling. Drink ginger tea or add ginger to boiling water and drink it throughout traveling. If you can’t do this then keep sniffing a slice of ginger wrapped in tissue. This remedy will surely work.

  • Choose the right seat
