There are times when you are in hurry or not in a mood to cook. This is my to go to recipe if you are late and need to cook as soon as possible. Try my fool proof Boondi Ki Sabzi recipe which is easy and quick to make:
Salted Boondi: 1 bowl (PS do not use the pudhina or rock salt boondi variants)
Onion: 1 small chopped
Tomato: 1 small chopped
Turmeric: ½ teaspoon
Salt: To taste
Red Chilli powder: ½ teaspoon
Oil: 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds: ¼ teaspoon
Soak the boondi in water for five minutes and extract the extra water.
Now heat oil in a pan and mustard seeds, as the seeds starts crackling add onion and salute them well.
After the onions are cooked to a brownish colour, add chopped tomatoes, boondi, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.
Mix it well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve with piping hot roti.
