Mothers Day special recipe
Ideally Mother’s Day should be about you as a mother. With no work, this year we got TGIF to curate special summer salad, which your children can make for you. Yes, sometimes it is about them cooking food for you. This recipe is perfect as your children only need some veggies (cut the nightbefore) to assemble. PS it is super tasty too.
2 tablespoon Dried Cranberries and Blueberries
¼ cup Diced Green apples
½ cup Chopped lettuce, baby spinach
¼ cup blanched broccoli florets
Some walnut and almond pieces
½ cup red cabbage
Try to cut the veggies in small pieces.
For the pomegranate honey mustard dressing:
Mix together 1 teaspoon of each honey, pomegranate juice, olive oil, mustard sauce, lemon juice and salt.
Toss the veggies and nuts in pomegranate honey mustard vinaigrette.
