Tomato and jasmine tea soup
Preparation :- 05 mins
Cooking :- 15 mins
Servings :- 04 portions

Ingredients :-

One table spoon jasmine tea
Four cups of tomato juice
One slit green chilli
One tablespoon chopped basil
One table spoon extra virgin olive oil
Two cup vegetable stock
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
Few drops of truffle oil
Half packet of steamed wai wai

Method:-

Heat a pan over medium gas range. Add olive oil, green chilli and basil sauté well till both of them infuse their flavor in the oil.
Mean while in a cup add the jasmine tea and hot water to it. Cover it with a lid so that the tea infuses its flavor to water.
Add tomato juice to the pan and cook it well. Add stock to it and cook for ten more minutes on a slow flame.
Strain the flavoured jasmine tea.
Add cooked tomato juice to jasmine flavoured tea and steamed wai wai, adjust seasoning.
Serve hot and add few drops of truffle oil while serving.

Ingredients :-

• 3 hand full of aragula
• 1 hand full of iceberg
• 6 fresh strawberries
• 3 cherry tomatoes
• 3 green olives
• 3 black olives
• 2 tablespoon kokum vinaigrette
• 8 thinly sliced beetroot carpaccio
• 4 table spoon crushed wai wai

Kokum Vinaigrette
• 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tea spoon of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of kokum paste
• Salt to taste

Procedure

1.Take a bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, kokum paste and seasoning.
2. Whisk it well and make an emulsion out of it.
3. Take another bowl add the dressing to it and then the iceberg, aragula, cherry tomato and olives.Mix well with the dressing.
4. Garnish with beetroot carpaccio and fresh strawberries.

Description :- Bhel is best medicine for sudden hunger pangs, be it a noisy railway platform, quiet roadside or at home. A non messy variation of bhel can be stuffed as a quick meal even as one rush to work. Here is a quick yet delicious recipe of wai wai kurmure bhel that can be easily made at home without wasting time.
Ingredients :-

One cup fine chopped onion
Half cup fine chopped tomato
One teaspoon chopped green chilli
One granny smith apple
One packet wai wai
Two tablespoon of tamarind sauce
Two tablespoon of green chutney
Two tablespoon of pomegranate
One tablespoon lemon juice
One teaspoon red chilli powder
Six to eight puris or papadis
Salt to taste

For garnish:-

One fan of apple
Fresh chopped coriander

Procedure :-

Cut half of the apple into dices.
Break the wai wai into small pieces.
Take a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients in the bowl.
Add both the chutney to the mixture and mix well.
Place the mixture into four different plate immediately.
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and apple fan.

Servings :- 4 portions

Ingredients:-

Two toasted bread slit lengthwise
Eight table spoon white sauce
One table spoon chopped fresh thyme
One table spoon chopped fresh parsley
Two cooked and shredded chicken thigh
One tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
One table spoon chopped garlic
One red bellpepper cut into strips and sautéed
One yellow pepper cut into juilline and sautéed
Half cup crushed wai wai
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste

Procedure:-

Heat a pan on a slow range.
Pour olive oil in the pan heat it, put chopped garlic and thyme sauté well.
Put shredded chicken in the pan and cook well.
Adjust seasoning in the chicken. Keep aside.
Meanwhile sauté the juilline peppers also.
Take a new pan pour some oil and toast the bread.
Once the bread is toasted apply white sauce to the bread.
Put the cooked chicken and bellpepper juilleneon top of it.
Garnish with the crushed wai wai.

Preparation :- 25 mins
Cooking :- 10 mins
Servings :- 4 portions

Ingredients :-

Two packets steamed wai wai
Two cup minced mutton
1/4 cup green peas
One table spoon chopped garlic
Half table spoon chopped ginger
Half table spoon chopped chilli
One table spoon coriander powder
Half table spoon cumin powder
One table spoon butter
Half tablespoon red chilli powder
Half table spoon garam masala
One table spoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste

Procedure:-

Put a steamer and keep the wai wai for steaming or cook the wai wai in boiling water.
Take a pan add oil and heat it.
Add ginger, garlic and sauté well.
Add all the masalas in one go and cook well.
Once the mixture is cooked add the minced mutton and cook well.
Add butter green peas and cook for two more minutes. Adjust the seasoning.
Put the wai wai in plates and top up with the keema.
Serve hot.

Wai wai suterfeni
Preparation :- 15 mins
Cooking :- 25 mins
Servings :- 4 portions

Ingredients :-

Two packet wai wai
Two table spoon rose syrup
One table spoon peach syrup
One table spoon cinnamon syrup
Two table spoon butter
One cup water

Procedure :-

Take apen and heat water.
Add all three syrups in the water and simmer it.
Add butter into the water.
Now add wai wai to the mixture.
Cook the mixture for fifteen minutes till the desired result is achieved.
Take the wai wai out once cooked and set in the mould or bowl or cup.
Once set the wai wai will take the shape of the mould.
Heat before serving.
