Apple Or Papaya Museli Curd

CINNAMON CRANBERRY PORRIDGE:

Ingredients:

75 gms oats

250 mil skimmed milk

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

A pinch of cinnamon

Some cranberry

 

Method

Pour oats into a small pan.

Add the skimmed milk and bring it to boil.

Simmer on low heat until creamy.

Add pinch of cinnamon and nuts, muesli, and 1 teaspoon honey (optional).

Garnish with cranberry.

APPLE OR PAPAYA MUSELI CURD:
Ingredients:

150gm homemade curd
1 pinch of sugar free powder
2 tablespoon milk
Finely cut papaya or apple
2 spoons of muesli

Method:

Mix curd, powdered sugar or sweetener and milk together.

Now add fruit of your choice and top it up with muesli.
