Making healthy snacks at home can be a tedious task but Opera crips get some super easy and quick recipes.

Cauliflower Salad with Olives and Capers

Ingredients:- (Serves 6 portions)

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets, cooked, approx. 6 cups
3 tbsp black olives, drained and chopped,
3 celery ribs, sliced thin diagonally
¼ cup chopped bell peppers
2 tsp drained capers
½ Cup crushed Opera Crisps
A dash of Cremica Vinaigrette
A drizzle of Olive Oil
Mushrooms

Preparation:-
Cook cauliflower in salted water until just tender, drain and rinse under cold water.
Drain cauliflower well and in a large bowl toss with olives, celery, bell peppers, mushroom, capers and crushed Opera Crisps.
Add a dash of Cremica Vinaigrette to the salad along with a drizzle of Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve at room temperature.

Ingredients:-
Carrot Salad-
2 tbsp Shredded carrots
1 tbsp Chopped Onions
½ tsp. Cremica Mustard sauce
1 Cup Cremica Vinaigrette
1/2 tsp. Cumin powder
Crushed Opera Crisps
Salad Leaves
Olive oil
Salt & pepper

Preparation:-
Mix all the ingredients for the carrot salad. Season with cumin, salt & pepper.
Dispose the carrot salad on whole wheat multi grain bread slice and cover with another layer of bread slice.
Cut the edges of the sandwich.
Ready to serve

Ingredients:-
3 tbsp Cremica Chunky Mint Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Paneer diced
1 tbsp Granny smith apple diced
½ tbsp Celery stalk peeled and diced
2 tsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Cremica Ketchup
½ tsp. Chopped parsley
Crushed Opera Crisps
Salt & pepper

Preparation:-
Mix the salad ingredients together and season to taste with salt & pepper.
Place the salad on a bread slice and cover with another slice of bread.
Press and cut the edges of the sandwich.

Ingredients:-
6 Slices of Cottage Cheese
Spiced flour mixture (to dust)
½ cup Cremica Mayonnaise
2tsp Cremica Pizza/Pasta Sauce
Olive Oil

Preparation:-
Cut 6 Cottage cheese (paneer) slices dust with spiced flour mixture lightly
Heat 1 tbsp Olive Oil in a grilling pan
Grill the cottage cheese on both sides,
Till golden brown
Remove and keep aside
Mix half cup Cremica mayonnaise with 2 tbsp cremica pizza pasta sauce
Pour over the cottage cheese
Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

Pasta Arrabiata

Ingredients:-
200 grms of boiled whole wheat pasta of choice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
50 grms Onion and Red Capsicum Chopped
5 grms of Black Olive Slice
¼ Cup of Cremica’s Pizza Pasta sauce
1 tsp of Cremica’s Chilly Garlic Dip

Preparation:-
Sauté the Onion and Capsicum in the Olive Oil
Add the Cremica Sauce and Olives
Toss with the Pasta
Serve with some grated Parmesan Cheese on Top

Gazpacho Salsa
Ingredients:-
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 small yellow bell pepper, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1/2  onion, diced
1 cup Cremica Salsa
1 tbsp. castor sugar
salt and black pepper ( to taste)
Opera Salt and Pepper and Jalapeno Cheese crisps.

Preparation:-
In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, onion, sugar and Salsa dip. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with the Opera Chips as dippers.

Cheese and Chives Dip
Ingredients:-
1/2 cup Cremica Sandwich Spread
1/4 cup dairy cream or hung curd
1/2 cup fresh grated Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 /2 spring onion, minced
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
salt to taste
Opera Piri/Piri  and Italian Herbs crisps

Preparation:-
In a small bowl, combine the Sandwich Spread, Cream, Paneer, cheese, spring onion, lemon juice, chives, salt, and 1/4 cup of water and stir until smooth. Set aside.
Serve Opera Piri/Piri and Italian herbs as dippers.

Hummus
Ingredients:-
2 cups boiled chickpeas
2/3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oli
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup Cremica Veg Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Opera salt and pepper chips for dippers.

Preparation:-
In a food processor, puree the chickpeas and garlic with the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and ¾ teaspoon salt until smooth and creamy. Add 2 /4 tablespoons water as necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Combine with Mayonnaise.
Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the paprika before serving.
Serve with Opera Salt and Pepper chips.
