Ingredients
Rice: 400 gm

Fresh grated coconut: 100 gm

Coconut milk powder: 100 gm

Banana: 04

Sugar: 250 gm

Jaggery: 50 gm

White Till: 10 gm

Sweet short crust dough: 150 gm

Butter: 05 gm

Method:

1. Soak rice in normal tap water for 20 mins.

2. Put soaked rice in boiling water & cook along with coconut milk powder.

3. Strain rice & keep it aside for few minutes in the mean time take some sugar & caramelize it.

4. Add half quantity of rice to the caramelized sugar.Mix well & keep aside.

5. Take butter in a pan, add sugar, chopped bananas, grated coconut & remove

from flame add some mixture to the remaining rice and mix well.

6. Take short crust sheet dough roll with the help of using the rolling pin. Take round mould & cut the sheet into its size.

7. Now set a first layer of caramelized mixture of rice on the sheet, place second layer with the mixture of chopped bananas & grated coconut and set third layer with the remaining rice mixture.

8. Bake the pie in a pre set oven for 25 minutes at 180 centigrade’s.

9. Serve hot topped with Jaggery sauce & roasted till.
