Deepika’s sexy hair colour

Thinking of getting highlights or just a regular touch up? But do you know hair colour can mess your hair quality? Well but not any more as Team AAW  tells you few  tips to get more out of your hair colour without messing the quality:

Light colour is more damaging: Yes! That golden blond colour will result in more split ends and hair breakage that honey brown. Choose your colour wisely as the damage depends on bleach. Lighter the colour, more the bleach.  Consider the reds and caramels over blonds.

Buy colour protective products: No matter which expensive shampoo you use, colour protecting products make your colour last longer and stay glossier. Regular shampoo strips the colour and makes your hair dull and more prone to breakage.

Take care while using heating products: Hair dryers, straightening or curling irons can wreak your hair colour. Many Indian women often complain about their coloured hair getting burnt post using an iron. This is because the hair is brittle and burns easily. Buy a quality heat protecting serum and try using hair irons only on special occasions.

Virgin hair colour better: Skip the henna for at least 3 months as Henna makes colouring a difficult task. So if you are planning to get your hair coloured take care not to apply heena and keep the well moisturized by doing regular oil massages.

Don’t wash your hair: Many hair colours are applied on dirty hair as hair colours strip the hair of natural oil. Natural oil acts as a barrier and helps your hair remain glossy.
