On the opening day of Paris Couture Week, renowned Indian designer Rahul Mishra unveiled his captivating collection, Becoming Love, at the historic Collège des Bernardins in Paris.
Rahul Mishra’s latest couture collection, Becoming Love, delves into the seven stages of love, drawing profound inspiration from Sufi philosophy. The mesmerizing haute couture presentation also pays homage to the works of Austrian symbolist artist Gustav Klimt, evident in the use of golden threads, curved net structures, and halo-like motifs that adorned many of the ensembles.
Among the many models who graced the runway, Lisa Haydon made a striking appearance at Rahul Mishra’s show, donning a sheer corset dress adorned with delicate floral embroidery and shimmering sequins. Her look beautifully captured the ethereal spirit and emotional depth of the Becoming Love collection.
