Bollywood actress Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha tied a knot in a grand marriage ceremony over the weekend. It was a big fat Punjabi wedding held over the weekend in New Delhi. The newly-wed couple have infact expressed their desire to have a daughter even before the wedding ceremony concluded.
It was an intimate wedding and with her longtime partner Sahil, they dated each other for almost seven years, and their marriage got postponed twice.
Bollywood celebrities Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Genelia Deshmukh, and many others took to twitter to congratulate the newly marrieds.
Lara, who began her modelling career with Dia, attended the wedding with her Tennis star husband Mahesh Bhupati wrote, “Wishing my lovely friend Dia Mirza and Sahil a wonderful married life! Had a wonderful time last evening!”.
Newly engaged Soha Ali Khan also wished her friend on her wedding saying. “Many congratulations Dia Mirza and Sahil – you both make a beautiful couple and May you have a lifetime of happiness and bliss together.”
