Filmfare awards 2016: The complete list of winners

The 61st Filmfare awards were held over the weekend on January 15, 2016 at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Stadium in Mumbai. The excitement in the air was quite tangible in this starry event. The big B-town names like Amitabh bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and many more were gathered under one roof to make this event a memorable one (again).

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani and Shoojit Sircar’s Piku were the big winners of the night. Bajirao Mastani bagged the highest 9 awards whereas Piku stood second in the race with 5 awards.

Veteran actress Moushumi Chatterjee was honored with Lifetime achievement award.
