Kanika Kapoor wants to donate her plasma post COVID-19

Kanika Kapoor also shares her side of the story after being accused of negligence on being diagnosed with COVID-19

Kanika Kapoor has been criticized for not abiding by the safety measures after returning from the UK. She was the first Indian celebrity who tested positive for COVID-19 and was accused of hosting parties instead of going under self-isolation. 

After being diagnosed as a coronavirus patient, she was booked with charges of negligence under IPC Sections 188, 269, and 270. She was released from the hospital on 6th April after her two consecutive tests came back to be negative. 

Kanika acknowledged the floating rumors, allegations, and hate she has been subjected to and shared an Instagram post, putting forth her side of the story. Here is what she wrote.

FIR against her has also been registered as she also hid traveling history, allegedly. The case is yet to be closed.  

However, being a concerned citizen she wants to donate her plasma for treating other COVID-19 patients. Plasma therapy is being touted as the only possible cure which has a great success rate!
