The official teaser of ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshi’ starring Sushant Singh Rajput is out. The teaser shows glimpses of the warring Kolkata (then: Calcutta) in the year 1943 and a young Byomkesh Bakshi taking on the mighty people and solving the mystery. You don’t get to see Sushant’s look in the teaser, you only gets to hear his voice when he takes his name, “Bakshi. Byomkesh Bakshi”.
The film follows the first adventure of Byomkesh (Sushant Singh Rajput), fresh out of college, as he pits himself against an evil genius who is out to destroy the world.
Directed by Dibakar Banerjee, the film will release worldwide in 2015.
