My gifting experience for my better half for valentines day on IGP.com!
February is a month of love and the best way to express your love is through gifts. There are many gifting portals but recently we stumbled upon www.igp.com which is a multi-category gifting company. As valentines day is round the corner so I decided to order something for my two better halves( my husband and my best friend). When I started looking for gifts , I got super confused as I was spoiled by the extensive gifts option. Now that my gifts have arrived , here is my review about the website.
About the website: Established in 2001, IGP.com claims to be India’s largest online gifts store specializing in gifts for all ages and occasions. It ships orders to 150+ countries (including USA, UK, Australia, Canada etc too and specializes in flowers, cakes, chocolates, personalized products, festival merchandise, kids, home & living and fashion categories.
How to find a gift: You can find the gift according to relationship, personality, occasion, product category , personalized gifts, flowers , cake and recently they have added valentines day category too. These categories help you find the right gift. They are gifts for all occasions and budget. From earrings to hampers to personalized gifts to kids gifts, you name it and they have it.
Price range: The gifts range starts from INR 300 onward.
What all you can pick: Besides gifts you can also pick some home decor , furnishing , stationary , toys, gift hampers, kitchenware , kids range , handbags, fashion accessories , jewellery and much more. They variety of personalized gifts is also vast.
Delivery time: My gifts got delivered within 4 working days. But for flowers and cakes they have multiple delivery options like fixed time and midnight at extra charges. They have international delivery too.
What I ordered: I ordered a Forever Greeting Card with Artificial Plant for my husband as I wanted to gift something that he can keep on his office desk and Golden Loop Style Earrings with Pearl Stud for partner in crime because she is fond of jewellery.
Packaging: My gifts came very well packed in a cardboard box with multiple layering of bubble wrap to keep them secure. Both my gifts were packaged well in a cardboard boxes. The earrings were packages in a beautiful cardboard box.
Quality of product: The quality of the products is good and they looked exactly the same as shown in pictures.
Payment process: You can pay with Credit or Debit Card, Net Banking, wallets like Paytm and mobikwik and even Paypal . NO COD option.
Cons of the website: I really enjoyed shopping from IGP.com but found few things missing like a price range filter and a COD option.
Would I recommend it to others: Definitely yes, that is why we ran a giveaway too on Allaboutwomen’s facebook page.
