British designer Debbie Wingham has created the most expensive dress worth £3.5 million. The dress has 50 two carat black diamonds(25 adorn the peplum and 25 on the detachable shoulder shrug) with a centre piece of five carat black diamonds. The rest of the gown has 1500 white pointer diamonds along with fine beading and delicate chain mail detail.
The dress which took six months to complete weighs a whooping 13 kgs and was launched officially at the Billionaire’s Club in Monte Carlo in June. Since then she has been on an international showcase with the World’s most expensive black diamond dress. The dress has also made it to the 50 luxury fashion and lifestyle magazines.
