Exercise: Weight fluctuations make the breast sag. Regular exercise is essential to keep them toned and in shape. This also strengthens the breast muscles. Always wear a sports bra while exercising for proper support.

Regular checkup: In the last few years, the numbers of breast cancer cases have increased enormously. This is mainly due to the harmful chemicals used in food a regular check up is necessary to detect any abnormalities. Self-examination will also warn you before things turn serious, don’t ignore if you notice a lump.

Correct bra: A proper fitting bra is a must. An ill fitted brasserie can damage the soft tissues and restrict blood flow. Make sure you buy the bra that serves the purpose and not just a cute something. The type of bra depends on the size of the bust and your lifestyle.

Massage: Breast is nothing but tissues and adipose fat. So, massaging helps in toning and firming the layers. Problems like sagging and inverted nipped can be cured with proper massage. Also the toxins that build up within the breast especially in lactating mothers can be removed with massage.

Tip: Breast massage is a simple process and can be done at home too.

Let them relax: It may sound funny but breasts also rest.  Like any other body part breast needs some time to bend and stretch freely.  During nighttime the body relaxes and recovers from the stress of the day so it’s is important to keep the breast loose.
