With the royal wedding approaching real soon – 19th may, the groom is busy cleaning up his act to feel his best on the big day. Meanwhile, the bride Meghan Markle is giving her body the royal treatment to get the perfect shape,  something which every bride does before the big day. So if you too want to do it her way, here is how to go about

  • No Junk Food

Meghan told a magazine: “it’s been many moons since I went through a drive-thru”. By this, she meant she has totally skipped junk food for quite some time now.

  • She Never Skipped Breakfast

Meghan started her day by drinking hot water with lemon and a bowl of oatmeal with bananas and agave syrup. She always used to eat  healthy things for breakfast.

  • Hydrated

According to a magazine report, the bride to be refilled a mason jar with filtered water all day long and kept sipping it with lime. Meghan also said: “Your skin will look better, everything will look really good.”

  • Workouts

Meghan used to break her workouts into 15-minute sessions. On the sets, she used to take short breaks for exercise using some fitness DVDs. Her workout targeted specific muscle groups like your glutes, core, and legs. “By doing these short workouts, by the end of the day, you’ve done a full workout”,said  Meghan.

  • Yoga

It seems Meghan has taken cues from her mom: “my mom was a yoga instructor, so that practice is in my blood, she says. She has been seen doing hip-hop yoga. She loves doing intense vinyasa class.

  • Friends

The easiest and simplest way to improve your health is to surround yourself with people who live a healthy lifestyle, Meghan does exactly that. Meghan has also changed Prince Harry’s diet, replacing all the processed food with fruits and quinoa.
