It is important for cell growth and good vision. Pooja recommends the consumption of 2000 IU of Vitamin A as per the recommendation of a doctor. Pregnant women are also advised to consult a doctor first.

Alpha-lipoic Acid

Alpha-lipoic acid or ALA is naturally synthesised in the body and it plays role in energy production. It can also help in dealing with post-COVID-19 symptoms. This compound is also found in food items we eat daily including spinach, broccoli and peas.

These are the recommended supplements for people experiencing loss of smell. Apart from that, she also recommends sniffing cloves, rose, eucalyptus and lemon for 20 seconds, twice a day for 3 months as studies have shown its beneficial.
