Aamir Khan, whose telly show Satyamev Jayate touched upon alcoholism, is now going to support women fight alcohol issues.
Aamir Khan recently attended a seminar organised by ‘Alcohol Anonymous’ (for alcohol addicts in Mumbai). And Aamir cited what many women feel and know that alcoholism among women is rising rapidly in India. “In the show, we didn’t touch upon the topic of female alcoholics, let’s see what can be done for it,” Aamir said.
The actor wants to help curb alcoholism among women. Aamir’s show Satyamev Jayate was aired last year and helped the country identify and face common social evils.
