Greek Pasta Salad:

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Farfalle
  • 1/4cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 dried oregano
  • 1/2 garlic powder
  • 1large cucumber chopped
  • 1Cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3Cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2Onion, chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2Cup crumbled feta

Method

  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook farfalle Pasta for 20 Min. Drain and transfer to a large serving bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano and garlic powder.
  • Add cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and onions. Add dressing and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper and add dill, then top with feta.

  POTATO AND EGG SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes                                                 1000 gm
  • Hard-Boiled Eggs Chopped                       350   gm
  • Mayonnaise                                             250   gm
  • Gherkins Chopped                                   100   gm
  • Salt                                                        20    gm
  • Pepper                                                   10    gm
  • Parsley Chopped                                     20    gm
  • Chive Batons                                                 20    gm

Method of Preparation

  • Dice some potatoes and boil the same
  • Now remove the skin completely.
  • Chop the boiled eggs, gherkins, parsley, and chive baton.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl along with mayo and the same is evenly coated with the sliced potatoes.

It’s a yummy combination for mixed pallet lovers.
