Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is all set for her second innings in Bollywood with Sanjay Gupta’s action-adventure thriller Jazbaa, is in a bit of a dilemma.
She has been offered two strong author-backed roles as female protagonists in two cops films being directed by Prakash Jha and Sujoy Ghosh. Understandably, she can only choose one.
Says a news report, “Aishwarya has been approached for both Sujoy Ghosh’s Durga Rani Singh and Prakash Jha’s Ganga Jal 2. She cannot do both, as playing two cops at around the same time would look repetitive. No matter how dissimilar the two cops’ characters are, at the end of the day a heroine in khaki uniform would be a heroine in a khaki uniform.”
News reports say she finds both the roles very interesting but cannot decide, lets see what she picks.
