The richest women in Pakistan ditches gold jewelry for tomatoes:
Gold and Diamond jewelry is the first choice of brides when it comes to wedding accessories, but a Pakistani bride decided to pair her wedding outfit with tomatoes. This sounds bizarre, a video of a television channel interviewing the bride has gone viral on social media.
The clip was tweeted by Pakistani journalist Naila Inayat with a caption: Tomato jewelry. In case you thought you’ve seen everything in life.”

In the 2-minute long video clip, the bride is seen flaunting the tomatoes, prices of which have raised over INR 300 in Pakistan. The bride can be seen saying: “As you know, the cost of gold is extremely high and so are the prices of tomatoes and pine nuts. Hence, I decided to use tomatoes instead of gold,”
The video has been viewed over 24,000 times, the post has too many reactions. While some found it innovative others called the bride “richest” woman in Pakistan.
