Union Minister asked to “Ban Chinese food”, people on Twitter says “It is cooked by Indians”:
After the Galwan Valley Indo-China clash that cost the lives of 20 Indian Army Soldiers, citizens are burning with anger. Many are calling for the bans on Chinese products in India. Regarding the same the Union minister also gave a statement saying:
My suggestion is that restaurants and hotels that sell Chinese food should be shut down. I also request those who eat Chinese food to stop eating them, boycott food to stop eating them, boycott them.” Addressing the Galwan Valley incident, the minister further added:

“In such a time when our 20 soldiers were killed by the Chinese and they disrespected us, I request that everyone should stop eating Chinese food. All the states must give an order to ban Chinese restaurants and hotels.”
People immediately came out to rescue their favorite veg Manchurian and stated that how Chinese food in India is cooked by Indians only and the restaurants are also run by Indians. The money earned by Chinese restaurants and ‘thelas’ has nothing to do with China. In fact, Indians eat a desi version of Chinese food, not even the authentic one!
