Veteran Choreographer Saroj Khan dies of Cardiac arrest 

Choreographer Saroj Khan passes away at the age of 72: 

Early this morning we lost another gem, Veteran Bollywood Choreographer Saroj Khan passed away due to cardiac arrest. As per the reports she was admitted to Mumbai’s Guru Nanak Hospital on 20th June after complaining of difficulty in breathing. She had tested negative for Covid-19.

Saroj Khan has choreographed famous dance numbers like ‘Ek Do Teen’, ‘Hum Ko Aaj Kal Hai Intezaar’, ‘Dhak Dhak Karne Laga’, ‘Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai’, ‘Nimbooda’ and ‘Dola Re Dola’.In a career span of over four decades, Khan was credited with choreographing more than 2,000 songs.

The last song that she choreographed was ‘Tabaah Ho Gaye’ starring Madhuri Dixit, from Karan Johar’s Kalank.

Saroj Khan is survived by three children namely – Hamid Khan, Hina Khan and Sukanya Khan.
