Wonderboxx review: Education meets fun

Wonderboxx
Wonderboxx

A few weeks back we got the chance to try and use the Wonderboxx. Now Wonderboxx is a newly launched product for children. Its a box that helps a child develop and play. Basically learn and play. Each month the guys at Wonderboxx use an amazing theme and add a few developmental toys, masks, books et all for your child to play.

We ordered the toddlo box which is for the age segment 1-3 years. Here’s how it helped my 14 month old.

The best toys we loved to play were:

The flash cards: I had often heard about flash cards but never tried any. Flash cards are cards with photos of things you want to teach your little

one. My 14 month old now recognizes lion and pig all thanks to these. So they are the biggest hit.

The match body part and sounds games: these are blocks which help the child identify the upper and lower halves v of an animal. The worked for us though they have many tooth holes all thanks to teething. Match the sounds did not work for us as it’s made from spongy material and one from cardboard so little R bites it a lot.

What’s the Munch: Is a book which also teaches about animals. We enjoy it thoroughly.

The animal puppets and face masks: The puppets are an instant favourite. The face masks not so much.

Sticker activity: there are sheets of habitat and matching stickers for your little one to engage in. While we enjoy this one the stickers end up on the table, floor, everywhere his heart fancies.

Newsletter for parents: I lived the newsletter in fact I tried one of the recipe provided.

What we love about wonderboxx: It’s a beautiful concept and it helps you and the child engage in educative playtime.
You do not have the hassle of arranging learning material.
Decreases screen time.
Uses traditional methods of teaching which are more interactive than watching TV.
My son loves the box too. He points towards it and wants me to open it.
Totally vfm

A must try for all parents.

What I dislike about wonderboxx: the heavy use of paper. Children and paper don’t gel well. The blocks have been crushed once.

Overall rating 4/5
