So if you are the kind who cannot live without a glass of wine, make sure you engage yourself in at least 150 minutes of physical activity in a week. You either go for a walk, cycle or indulge in some aerobics, which can help your body to fight problems.

Physical activity is very important

Heavy consumption of alcohol can lead to aging, neural damage, liver problems and many more and can even cause death due to cancer or above mentioned reasons.

Research has shown that exercising has many health benefits even if an individual has some unhealthy habits. It also concluded that if you drink under the recommended level, you still have 36 per cent chance of dying due to cancer and 13 per cent chance of dying because of other reasons.

Some studies also suggest that people who do not take part in any physical activity, have a higher chances of having a problem as compared to people who drink a little.

Hence it is very important to indulge in some physical activity. Even if it is just brisk walking or cycling, one should definitely exercise, in order to lead a healthy and fit life.
