Nirav Modi will be extradited to India as the UK judge ruled he can be sent back to his home country to face the charges of money laundering and fraud. Nirav Modi was involved in a $2-billion Punjab National Bank scam case.
The ruling was given by District Judge Samuel Goozee in South West London after Nirav Modi appeared for it through a video call from Wandsworth Prison.
