Earlier this month, sixty female students of a college in Bhuj (Gujarat), were asked to remove their undergarments so that the authorities could check if the girls were menstruating. After an FIR was launched, the Principal of the college, the peon and the hostel rector were suspended.
This news caused a huge outrage on social media. And people from all around the country are condemning such an act. And if this wasn’t enough. Swami Krushnaswarup Dasji of Swaminarayan Bhuj Mandir, the same sect that runs this institute, further revealed his sick mentality and said something disgusting that is not acceptable in this society.
It is an old video, but after the news of the college, it circulated on social media, Krushnaswarup Dasji can be heard saying that menstruating women who cook would be born as bitches.

“A menstruating woman who cooks food for her husband will certainly be reborn as ‘kutri’ (bitch),” he said.
“You can feel whatever you want but these rules have been outlined in the shastras,” he added.
After this, people on Twitter were not able to hide their anger and are demanding strong actions against such discriminatory practices.
