Twitter has a lot to ask Delhi HC makes mask mandatory in Car

Delhi HC declares wearing mask alone in car mandatory and Twitter has a lot to say:

It’s almost a year since the government laid a fine for not wearing a mask to spread awareness among people. And since then there has been confusion: Should it be compulsory for an individual driving alone in a car to wear a mask? Well, to clear it off, Delhi High Court has ruled out a petition. t ruled: A mask is compulsory even if a person is driving alone in a private vehicle. A car will be taken as a ‘public place’.

Announcing the judgment, Judge Pratibha M Singh, also said:

When a car stops at a traffic signal, a driver often has to roll down their window. The coronavirus is so contagious that even in that time, anyone can be infected.

However, the judgment did not go well with people at a time when election rallies and religious gathering are being organized in the country without many restrictions and the COVID infections are at an all-time high

Some people made fun of the logic behind the ruling, others had questions.
