Your working hours can make you more prone to miscarriages  According to a new study working shift patterns can increase the risk of menstrual disruption and fertility in women.

The study, including data of 119,345 women, found that women working alternating shifts, like morning, evenings and nights had a 33 per cent higher risk of menstrual disruption than those working regular hours.

Women who work only nights do not have an increased risk or difficulty conceiving, but the rate of miscarriage is higher. So before you plan a baby try and a standard hours job over shifts.
