Skipping breakfast can give you heart attack

Breakfast
Breakfast is a must/weheartit

Do you often skip eating breakfast as you are rushing for work or on a diet? Well, there is bad news, people especially men who reported not eating breakfast ate more later which increases heart risks.

People who skip breakfast regularly are at a 27 per cent increased risk of heart attack or death from coronary heart disease than those who don’t. Researchers tracked food frequency data and health outcomes for 16 years.

According to researchers, the current study group was of men but results should apply to women and other ethnic groups. So the next time you are getting late make sure you grab some breakfast.

Here are 4 easy grab and go options:
Egg Sandwich: Boil eggs early in the morning or late at night. Shell and dice them add some mayonnaise, salt, pepper and make a sandwich spread. Apply on two toasts and take them along.
Juice or fruit: A fruit is an easy to carry option, have an whole apple. However when you plan to carry fruits try not to cut them as they tend to blacken and lose freshness. Always short on time? Buy tetra pack single serving of juice. You can carry it along when you rush for work. However opt for the healthier variety like Real Activ over the sugary ones.
Parantha roll: Love your stuffed paranthas but cant sit down and have piping hot paranthas? Remember the roti or parantha roll you used to eat as a kid. Make one and have it on the way to work.
Bread it: Super short on time? Just grab a slice of toast and stuff some sabzi or butter.
