Are you feeling stressed? Is the work pressure too much? Now don’t worry as scientists have found an easy and simple way to beat the stress. According to the latest research walking briskly or jogging really does calm you down by sparking nerve cells in the brain that relax the senses. Scientists have found that the best way to relieve the stress of the day is to go for a walk.

The study was conducted on the two groups of a same animal (mice) and the researchers concluded that exercising mice are able to cope better with stress as soothing neurons in the brain are triggered. When these neuron are exposed to a stressor, they calm them down. It is believed that the effect is same on the humans too.

It was also found that exercise strengthens the mechanisms that prevent these brain cells from firing. So now just go for a stroll at a park near your house and get relaxed.
