Bored of eating  and making the besan barfi well try this simple and easy to make dessert recipe from banana.You can also eat it during navratas .


  • 4 large ripe bananas
  • 1  1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tblspn Desi ghee (ghee)
  • 75 gm grated coconut 
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnut



  • Peel and mash the bananas.
  • Now add milk in a pan and add mashed bananas in it. Cook it till the milk dries up.
  • After the milk dries up and you have a thick mixture, add ghee in the pan and cook it well till the mixture turns brown in colour.
  • Now add sugar, grated coconut, walnuts, and stir.
