Orange is a popular winter fruit. A tangy juicy orange has several benefits and also adds taste to desserts to a healthy breakfast option. We all eat oranges and throw away its peel, but wait a second the next time you are about to throw it because like the fruit the peel too contains nutrients which are beneficial for your health. We understand that it’s difficult to eat the orange peel directly so air dry it and make a fine powder. Add this to your food for a tangy punch!
