A new study says that women over age 60 need to exercise only one day a week to significantly improve their strength and endurance. The study was by researchers at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), they monitored 63 women performing exercise and resistance training for 16 weeks before they came to the conclusion.
But they also found that exercise training for the older female population is difficult and a little exercise can go a long way.
