Lemon tea: Lemon juice is an instant pick me up for both cold and hot teas. Lemon juice adds flavor and vitamins to the modest tea. If you are dehydrated, lemon is the perfect additive to any beverage to replace vitamin c you may have lost.

Whiten yellow nails: If you have stained or discolored nails, cut a lemon in half and sink your nails into its flesh. Allow your nails to soak in lemon for a few minutes and all the staining will be gone with white natural tips.

Freshen up your garbage: Sometimes garbage bins stink a lot just put some lemon wedges with a teaspoon of baking soda into your garbage bin for a cleaner smell.

Banish tablecloth stains: The next time you drop curry on that tablecloth don’t worry just rub lemon juice on the stain and leave it in the sun for a few hours. Then wash as usual.

Stop apples from browning: Apply some lemon juice to your apple slices (you can just dip the slices in a bowl of lemon juice or apply a thin coat) to keep them from browning quickly. A little lemon juice mixed into fruit salad will also stop browning.
