There are times when you want to eat something nice yet healthy so for those days AAW brings an easy wrap recipe. The recipe is simple, quick to make and yummy so do try it  once

Ingredients:
1. Spinach (7-8 grams)
2. Diced grilled chicken/grilled paneer (45-50 grams)
3. Almonds (2-3)
4. Mayonnaise (25-28 grams)
5. Butter
Method
1) Take a Multi-grain Tortilla Bread or a homemade chapati.
2) Add thinly sliced Fresh Spinach, some diced grilled chicken/grilled paneer and some thinly sliced almonds.
3) Top it up with either plain mayonnaise or garlic mayonnaise.
4) Add some bits of crunchy bacon to add that extra flavor to your wrap.
5) Wrap it up, spray a little butter on top and grill it.
PS: Instead of spinach you can add lettuce too.
