Often there are days when we want to eat clean, green and healthy. Vegan food is all the above and power packed with nutrients. So here is a simple yet tasty and importantly quick Vegan recipe of Asian Greens in Chili Bean Sauce:

Ingredients:

·         Slice Ginger, Chopped Onion, Chili Oil, Fresh cut Red Chili, Chopped Garlic, Green Chili paste

·         Oyster Sc, Tomato Ketchup, Chili Bean Paste, Sesame Oil, Salt

·         Blanched Broccoli, Carrot, Baby corn

·         Fresh Zucchini, Asparagus, Shitake Mushroom, Fresh Mushroom, Water Chestnut, Chinese Cabbage, Pakchoi, Spinach

Method:

·         Add Slice Ginger, Chopped Onion, Chili Oil, Fresh cut Red Chili, Chopped Garlic, Green Chili paste in a hot wok and toss.

·         Then add Oyster sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Chili Bean Paste, Sesame Oil, Salt to make a sauce

·         Then add Blanched Broccoli, Carrot, Baby corn, Fresh Zucchini, Asparagus,  Shitake Mushroom, Fresh Mushroom, Water Chestnut, Chinese Cabbage, Pakchoi, Spinach to the sauce

·         And remove it in a serving platter
