Tara Moghaddam was in Delhi the past month and we were invited for a makeup session to learn more about beauty and cosmetics. Kryolan has loads to offer in terms of makeup and special effects, HD and TV makeup. We were excited to see makeup blood and many other special effects. Tara Moghaddam has a bright personality and her makeup techniques were flawless. Wish we get that trained in makeup! Here is what the beautiful MUA Tara taught us:
Contour, highlight and look defined: Tara Moghaddam stressed on how important it is to look flawless perfect and chiseled. Well defined faces look better in reel and real life too. Definition imparts a structure and beauty to the face and makes you look sculpted.
Bling it on: Many a time we are afraid to bling on with some glitter and Swarovski. Tara Moghaddam used green crystal studs on eyebrows to make an exotic yet beautiful look. Use your glitter jewellery on your maang as sindhoor and near tear duct for a beautiful look.
Versatile products: Tara Moghaddam sure is much like us and likes to use her products in various ways and what’s better is that Kryolan offers an array of such products which can be used on eyes, lips and face. PS we love their cheek and lip tint, it stays on forever and looks awesome.
Why HD products are worth it: With the coming in of high tech cameras, better pixels and HD technology. Normal makeup can look cakey and many a times fake. Case in point are many hindi telly shows where you can make out the layers. HD makeup looks real, fresh and dewy even under lights and gives a real effect on skin when shooting with HD equipment.
Don’t shy from colour: Many of us get stuck with black eye liner, red lips rut. Tara Moghaddam made sure to use purple on eyes and lips. She also used gold on cheeks to highlight and green studs on eyebrows to bling it. Tara taught us that we all fall into a comfort zone when it comes to makeup which is a bad habit. Experimenting and a little change goes a long way.
