Revealed: Anant Ambani’s workout routine and diet plan

Anant Ambani went viral on his birthday after massive weight loss. Anant’s hard journey lasted for 18 months with trainer Vinod Channa. Vinod is a celebrity fitness trainer who also celebs like Shilpa Shetty and John Abraham in shape. According to Vinod , Anant has everything which a person needs to achieve his/her goals; He did some serious sacrifices for his goal to shed extra kilos.

Channa along with Dr. Andre Chimone said that in his 22 years long career, they never saw someone as dedicated as Anant Ambani. He also revealed his daily schedule while interviewing a leading daily. Anant spent these 18 months with cardio, yoga, strength and functional training.

In Channa’s words: “During the first phase, we focused on his nutrition which included protein, low carbs, fibres, etc. We started walking from 30 minutes to two hours, depending on his capacity. For resistance training, we added supporting equipments like leg press, chest press. Initially, the workouts were low on intensity as he was unable to do high sets, high reps due to his medical issue and body balancing problems,”.

During this whole period, Anant used to take only 1200 calories a day. His diet included lots of vegetables, sprouts, cottage cheese, lentils, pulses and half teaspoon of ghee. This was the only diet he had stuck to. He dedicatedly followed this diet leaving behind his old junk eating habits.
