The Supreme Court has ordered a five-year jail sentence to actor Sanjay Dutt in the 1993 Bombay blasts case. However, Dutt has already completed 18 months in jail, so he will have to serve a three-and-a-half-year term only.
According to a leading newspaper when he was walking free, the thought of being sent back to prison always haunted him. Sanjay’s friends and colleagues from the industry are upset over this and took to Twitter to share their views on the conviction. Here’s what they had to say:
