After the bail application rejection from session court, Suraj Pancholi son of actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab have moved to high court for bail challenging the lower court’s order. He was arrested on June 10 for allegedly abetting the suicide of his girlfriend actor Jiah Khan.
Five days back session court rejected Suraj’ bail application after observing the FIR and investigated which pointed out that victim was continuously subjected to ill-treatment by him.
Suraj’s lawayer in his defence stated that the there was no mentioning of his name in the letter and the handwriting in the letter and Khan’s signature were different.
The High Court will now hear the application on July 5.
