Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor tied the knot yesterday and it was a day wedding. While Shahid opted for a white bandhgala, Mira stunned everyone in her pale pink Bridal ensemble. Here is why we loved her wedding dress up:
The pink lengha: The light pink lengha was a far cry from the bright reds and maroons we usually see. But it looked lovely with its silver work and it being a day wedding. It made Mira glow!
The simple makeup: Mira’s makeup emphasised on her glow and she looked stunning. A light lipstick, heavily lined eyes and lots of blusher made her glow like the bride she was.
The
statement jewellery: while Mira kept her Lengha and makeup simple the jewellery was bold with huge diamond necklace and a maang tikka with a passa.
The basic mehendi: unlike most of us who get a dip in henna Mira got basic mehendi applied. It looks elegant with her wedding attire.
The pink chooda: We are still swooning over the pink chooda! It looked lovely and it would look great with westerns too. almost wants us to buy it and wear it again!
