Manisha Koirala unviels blouses for breast cancer women

Actress Manisha Koirala, who battled with ovarian cancer, feels cancer is attached with a lot of baggage in our society and to help cancer patients she unveiled a specially designed mastectomy blouse at the fourth edition of ‘Design One’, a social endeavour by Sahachari Foundation.

Manisha also said that, having gone through cancer she feels that support in any way or form is an important part of the healing process. She hopes these specially designed blouses will give that much needed boost to women who have fought breast cancer. The star looked stunning dressed in a floral overcoat and a matching floral-neck piece.The blouse is a cosmetic solution to the cancer woes of women, it is a prosthetic blouse.

Designer duo Shivan-Narresh have designed this mastectomy blouse that has an in-built prosthetic breast and uses the special bodice blocks that give the right fit to Indian women.
