Hello friends, we all know the importance of a good non-smudging kohl and many women (like me) search for years before zeroing in on the perfect kohl. I wear contact lenses which for some reason make most kohl’s disappear or transfer all over my face in hours!
When I tried this amazing kohl from Rimmel London I knew I had a winner in my hands! So much so I am currently on my 3rd black pencil! Well I will review the black kohl called Noir 261 and Deep Ocean 230.

Packaging: The Rimmel London Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer is encased in a plastic body and is a twist up kohl. On one end is the kohl tip and on the other is a smudge tip. The smudge tip wells amazingly to create smokey eye. When you pull the smudging tip out beneath it is a small sharpener to sharp the pencil. The body of the pencil matches the colour.

Colour: The Rimmel London Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer Noir 261 is your regular kohl but it has an amazing colour much like intense gel liner type. The colour is deep black and a single swipe gives you the perfect black.
Deep Ocean 230 is a deep rich blue colour which resembles ink blue and creates amazing depth in the eyes. Just make sure you use it on the upper lid.

Rimmel London Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer 230 & 261 The pencil is quite creamy and settles in about 30 seconds, so if you want to work on that smokey eye look you have to be quick.
- Rimmel truly thought of every aspect and included a sharpener which can be useful.
- I have used in harsh sunny conditions to rains and it never fails.
- It fades almost after 8+ hours!
- It truly is waterproof, you need a decent makeup remover to move this off your eyes!
- It doesn’t hurt sensitive eyes and is non allergic.
Cons: For many twist top can be an issue as it tends to break easily.
Availability is the biggest issue, firstly it is available only at Parcos and somehow they are always out of stock, I always pick 2-3 black ones together to avoid running out!
